Merollis History: A St. Louis Partner
The name "Merollis" is synonymous with the car industry, beginning in 1926 when Dominic Merollis opened his first Chevrolet franchise in Detroit Michigan. Later his three sons each opened their own GM franchises. Dominic’s youngest son Carl moved to St. Louis in 1965 and opened his own Chevrolet dealership, Merollis Chevrolet. Carl continues to serve the St. Louis community today with his daughter Carla. Almost everyone in the Merollis family has at one time been associated with the car business.
